At Posture and Core Pilates, we believe the best results come from good fundamentals. As such, we aim to educate dental professionals in a fashion that is specifically relevant to our needs.
Clients begin with a one on one assessment where we discuss your particular needs and concerns. From there we can recommend the classes that will be most beneficial to achieving your goals.
Studio / Clinical Pilates
Studio / Clinical Pilates classes take place at our brand new Ringwood North studio location. New clients begin with a one on one assessment where we discuss your particular concerns with a view to providing a personalised Pilates program tailored to your needs.
From there clients will be placed into private individual classes or small group classes of no more than 4 depending on their individual needs and abilities.
Our light filled studio is fully equipped with a range of Pilates equipment.
Studio / Clinical Pilates is the best way to maximise the benefits of you gain from practicing Pilates as it is 100% tailored to your body.
Online Pilates
Unable to attend the studio in person?
We are excited to be now offering assessments and classes online. These will be one-on-one classes only to allow for the most comprehensive advice tailored to your needs.

Looking for a fun, informative Team Building activity for your staff? Running a CPD course or conference and want to offer a point of difference?
Posture and Core provides fully customisable workshops including any combination of lectures, demonstrations and group mat classes.

Our Pilates Studio Location
Posture and Core’s fully equipped studio is conveniently located in Ringwood North just 5 minutes from the Eastern Freeway for on-site Mat and Studio pilates classes.
We also come to you! We can hold workshops and mat classes at your clinic or other suitable location.
